New advice line could help
Your local group may be interested in new measures designed to help bring disused buildings back into community use.
The Government has announced a telephone advice line to give local people the information they need to get through planning, legal and financial barriers relating to disused buildings and bringing them back to life.
It wants to encourage local people to take action on local buildings so they can serve a useful purpose for the community.
The new number is 0845 345 4564.
